Well, I think it goes without saying that younger politicians are essential to the political, economic and social development, provided that they also have new ideas and they are not afraid to put them to good use. Because we quite often see brilliant young people in politics, who instead of supporting and pursuing their ideas and ambitions, go along with old politicians and cling to their obsolete policies, just for fear of being marginalized.
It’s a fear well-founded, because young politicians don’t have the necessary power (and connections) to challenge the old ways and so they have to bear it, until the old generation….dies.
